I am formally announcing my candidacy for re-election to the Kent City Council. The past eight years have been very exciting and rewarding. A lot has been accomplished and yet more needs to be done for our growing city. I look forward to serving you for another four years and with your help, along with others, we will continue to make the City of Kent a great place to live, work and play!

Les is fighting to:
- Strengthen the partnership between the city and school district to ensure all students are prepared for their futures.
- Work with engineers to create innovative solutions to the major traffic gridlock in our streets.
- Ensure that the police and firefights are on the watch even in difficult times for the city.
